Antonio Viray III is the nephew of Congressman Joeben Miraflores and was appointed by Governor Carlito Marquez. They are both political partymates. What a corrupt duo! What other anomalies have these two corrupt politicians, partners in crime, bestowed on the hardworking people of Aklan.

The new SP with the newly elected members opposing this corrupt duo should make this the first issue of business. They should be both investigated and be kicked out of the goverment service.

This issue should also be raised with the ombudsman and with the Civil Service Commission. Especially the fact that this has been going on since 2004.

What were they thinking? Since they are both Congressman and Governor, that they are above the law and they could do anything illegal that they want to the good people of Aklan? You are both supposed to serve the people of Aklan, not betray them. All appointees of these two not-distinguished gentlemen should now be revisited and their qualifications verified. They should also be checked if they are the really qualified ones or if they have the position because they are relatives of these two corrupt morons.
