*As of 11 a.m. of May 16, 2007 sources from the camp of incumbent mayor Jun Garcia are planning to file a disqualification case against mayoralty bet Lulu Miraflores (wife of Congressman Joeben Miraflores) for allegedly tampering the result of some 200 votes. Garcia's camp believe that 90 percent of the election results were tampered and that their legal team are preparing for the filing of disqualification case. Lulu Miraflores could not be reach.

*On May 13, 2007 a day before the election gubernatorial candidate Mabeth Mobo-Garcia (wife of Jun Garcia) withdraw her certificate of candidacy reportedly because of lack of funds.

Altavas- Dr. Kathryne Refol (wife of incumbent mayor Denny Refol prevailed against R0sario Belarmino.

Balete- Noemi Calizo-Cordero won against Roque Melde-Oquendo.

Banga- Antonio 'Antong' Maming won against incumbent mayor Jeremy Fuentes, Provl Board Member Stevens Fuentes and Dr. Mercedes Imperial.

Batan - Delfina Ramos, wife of incumbent mayor Herodutus Ramos won against rivals vice mayor Dante Reyes and Romello Abella.

Buruanga- Engr. Quezon Labindao (husband of incumbent mayor Concepcion Labindao) defeated Engr. Rolando Rojo.

Ibajay- Pending

Kalibo- Pending

Lezo- Victor Fernandez won against Alejandro Arcenio.

Libacao- Incumbent mayor Charito Navarosa prevailed against councilor Edwin Inosanto.

Madalag- Incumbent Rex Gubatino crushed former mayor Archimedes Orbista and Ambrosio Diapo.

Makato- Incumbent mayor Jun Legazpi defeated Atty. Leovigildo Mationg.

Malay- Incumbent mayor Ciceron Cawaling defeated Vice Mayor Frolibar Bautista and Walder Marasigan.

Malinao- Incumbent Mayor Dominador Ilio is victorious against councilor Edwin Garcia.

Nabas- Incumbent mayor Romeo Dalisay prevailed against Juana Amatonding and Cipriano Casidsid.

New Washington- Atty. Edgar Peralta (brother of incumbent Edmund Peralta) defeated Bertoldo Ambito, Engr. Apollo Peralta,l former mayor Eriberto Venus, and Willex Menez.

Numancia- Elvie Templonuevo (wife of incumbent mayor Ernesto I. Templonuevo won against Atty. Adolfo Iligan.

Tangalan- Vice Mayor Gene Tabang won over Glen Tabang.
