Kalibo, Aklan – With the cool weather cooperating, a romantic atmosphere is set for February 13 from 5:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight at the Pastrana Park, this town, where LGU-Kalibo’s radio station, CBIS Ka-Tribu Radio, will launch a Valentine special dubbed, A Night of Romance.
This is a chance for couples that are into music and those who constantly listen to news and information to see their favorite disc jockeys, news anchors and reporters, interact with them including the Honorary Station Manager, Mayor Raymar Rebaldo.
A Night of Romance features three booths inside the park, the I Love Tunes booth where CBIS DJs will be accepting greetings and love notes and will be read on air, the Kasal, Kasali, Ka-Tribu booth where CBIS personalities will be hunting around the park for unsuspecting couples and handcuffing them with the involvement of their friends and will be given a mock wedding or pay a five peso fine for their freedom it they refuse, and lastly, the Send Me your Love booth where people may drop by their special gifts and flowers for their special someone to be delivered by the DJs, Anchors and Reporters anywhere in the park’s vicinity.
However, the night’s highlight is the Match Love: A Dating Game for single men and women looking for a romantic adventure. The CBIS management will take charge of accepting and selecting the searchers and searchees for the dating game where the romantic pair will win a free romantic date on Valentine’s Day.
