This is in response to the New People's Army (NPA) Panay Region under the Coronacion Chiva "Waling-Waling" Command's claim about their alleged victory over the military's operation during its 38th anniversary celebration. This is not only ridiculous but unfounded and a clear, desperate propaganda to hide their many setbacks and their lost mass base.
The truth is: they have been victorious in deceiving the people, successful in harassing and extorting from the people and hindering economic development which they have been doing for the past 38 years.
The Filipino people deserves a lasting peace which would pave the way to economic development. They don't deserve deception from terrorist groups whose selfish motives are making their victims' lives miserable.
